About Our Chocolates
Ballotin bonbons are made with fresh ingredients and without preservatives. We recommend that all bonbons and boxed chocolates be consumed within 7-10 days of purchase and stored at cool room temperature.

Ballotin continuously seeks out and adds new flavors to our bonbon collection. If you have a special request for flavors to be included in your assortment(s), please include a note in the Comments section. We will do our very best to accommodate such requests.

Any/all of our bonbons may contain significant or trace amounts of peanuts, tree nuts, soy, gluten, dairy including milk, and natural food coloring.

About Shipping
To ensure that our chocolates reach their destination in the same exquisite condition that they left the chocolatiers’ ateliers, we carefully package each item. If an unsuitable shipping option has been selected during checkout, shipping service will be upgraded as necessary at the customer’s expense. Ballotin chocolates is not responsible for damage during transit or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, particularly due to weather, incorrect/missing information. During warm weather, shipping is expedited and we carefully package our chocolates in insulated containers with a cold pack. As a result shipping costs during warm weather months are significantly higher.

All packages will be delivered without a required signature, unless you request a signature in the Comments section. Should you request a signature receipt, an additional $2 fee will be applied.

All orders are shipped by Wednesday or Thursday (when next day delivery is available) to avoid risking any delays that would melt or freeze our chocolates in transit over a weekend.
