In the lunch, it is advisable to include soups along with the various other food items. Again, in the dinner make sure light foods are preferred. One has to be very cautious about the amount of food taken in. An important point to be noted is whatever the food might be it is essential to chew it well before swallowing. Include milk in the diet and try to avoid beverages and ice creams as a dessert as it will be a bad choice health wise.
